Music - Audio Production - Training - Development

Hi, I'm Pete and I am a Composer, Sound Designer and Music Producer, with over 35 years of experience as a keyboard player, based in South Wales. 

I conceptualise and create original compositions that are both thought provoking and emotionally impactful. Using an array of hardware, digital tools and software, I blend synth backbones and heavy orchestral riffs, crafting innovative and distinctive soundscapes with rich atmospheric textures.

My creative approach is all about experimenting, pushing boundaries and discovering new sonic possibilities and I draw inspiration from a diverse range of sources, spanning Film Scores, Classical, Ambient, Electronica, Acoustic andand New Age music.

My work has been featured on TF1 and TFX terrestrial channels in France, as well as in local television, advertising, corporate videos, and online media.

Discovery and progression is vital for me and as such, Lifelong Learning has always been at the forefront of my working life.

I serve as a Regional Committee Member for Wales and the South West and also a Wales Union Learning Representative (ULR) for the Musicians Union / Cult Cymru. I work closely with other ULR members of BECTU, Equity and The Writers Guild.

I am also involved with mentoring on the CULT Cymru Mentoring for Creatives (M4C) Program.

My mission is to support and promote the continuous learning and development of fellow creatives, ensuring that they have access to the skills, knowledge, and training they need to advance and succeed in their careers. Everyone has a right to ongoing learning, and I am committed to advocating for these opportunities. My aim is to help build a stronger, more skilled, and more empowered creative workforce that can meet the challenges of today’s economy, building a brighter future for all. 

I also offer One to One coaching and mentoring sessions in music production and cover many areas to help you develop as an artist. Dive deep into specific topics that vary from production and techniques to mindset mastery.

Whether it’s a heart-pounding film, a captivating documentary, or an engaging commercial, the goal has always been to enhance visual storytelling through the power of music and sound.
